This program helps you stop living on autopilot and start making choices from awareness, not from others’ expectations.
When you grow, you don’t become someone else - you return to yourself, but deeper, more honest, and freer.
Start date: on November 4 and takes place every Wednesday at 17:00 Kyiv time in a private Telegram channel. Then, weekly 120-minute live sessions and ongoing support from like-minded people in the channel.
The sessions are in Russian, but you can choose groups in Ukrainian. Your comfort is important to us.
We do not accept applicants residing in or paying taxes in Russia or Belarus, as they finance the war in Ukraine.
You begin to hear not just external expectations, rules, and “how it should be,” but yourself.
You start asking honest questions: “Who am I when I’m not playing my usual role?” “What do I truly want - not what others expect from me?”
